Is everyone with PMR classed as high risk, as my husband has had no letter?

PMR itself is classed as "increased risk". Then it depends on pred dose, other medications and what other health problems he has. If you say what they are - raised BP, diabetes and ischaemic heart disease are the major ones, we can help you more.
