Up the Prednisone ladder, and down again.

With support and suggestions from this site I went up from my 9mg Pred dose to 11mg as I wasn't doing well. (I'm using my Dorset Lady's Slow Taper.) I stayed on 11mg for 5 days, and my symptoms improved, so I went to 10.5mg for 4 days.

My question is, now I'm OK on 10.5mg, is this where I resume my taper from, or can I go to 10mg tomorrow and resume the slow taper from there? I should add that I have a cold, so maybe need the 10.5mg?

Thank you in advance!

I would be inclined to stick at 10mg for some weeks before resuming the taper - since I assume the 9mg was simply too little yet. And I wouldn't do anything until the cold is better,
