As suggested here I've spoken to my local pharmacist and she said, because it's absorbed locally and only twice a week, using alongside Pred should be ok. 🤞 Thanks for helpful replies. It's a pharma minefield out there.

Did I mention before that products containing Oestrogen should be avoided for 24 hours before Synacthen Test because they affect the results? Any hormone products, even creams.

My pharmacist said the same when I checked. I’m in the same situation

I used vagifem but later developed a precancerous uterine condition requiring hysterectomy. The safest estrogen type is estriol according to my cancer doctors. It does not go into the Breast; I ended up with breast cancer from estrogen replacement- bio identical. Was also used. I now use estriol and its very effective.

Thank you for that information. I will speak to my gynaecologist. Must admit I do have reservations about using it!
