Hi everyone I have just got back from seeing rhumy and had my pred put up to 40mg and wants me to start on methotrexate, just wondered how people get on with this drug 😢

If you use the search box at the top right and type in "methotrexate as steroid sparer" and then limit your search to PMRGCAuk you will get a list of previous relevant posts about methotrexate - it is a frequently asked question. If you include GCA it will probably concentrate on the GCA part but might be worth trying.
