I take 6mg pred together Omperzolone and 200 mg of Allupurinol.
The omperzolone is for hiatus hernia and the allupurinol for uric acid. I take all of these together first thing in the morning after breakfast. I don't have any side effects (not that I know of) but was just wondering whether continuing on this regime would cause long term effects. I suppose I'm being bit paranoia about this but you do read stuff and it makes you just a bit wary I suppose,
thanks

Hi.... I would take the prazole first to line the stomach. The Allupurinol doesn't have any reported interactions with either pred or omeprazole. So take as feels best... BUT you can discuss with the pharmacist.
As Scoopitup says, have a chat with your Pharmacist & they can review all your Meds for the optimum time to take them.
I have always kept to the same Pharmacy as then they know you; when we moved house l introduced myself to Pharmacy at the Doctors & told them they’d be seeing a lot of me 😉
