PMR

I have found this site to be invaluable and very informative. I am aged 77 years and diagnosed with PMR in November 2019. I also have osteoporosis and long term osteoarthritis. Have been prescribed Prednisolone 15mgs daily decreasing gradually overtime. No untoward side effects except feel a bit shaky first thing in the morning. My GP rang me today as slight concern over kidney function but I have always present slight blood in urine. Having further blood test this week and also a chest xray as a precaution. I have never smoked or consumed alcohol and I am a bit concerned as GP mentioned lung capacity. Should I be worried ? any help would be very much appreciated.
