Click on the My Hub tab and you will see the community(ies) you already belong to and an option to find a community. I tried just now and was able to find the main RA community with no difficulty.
If you look at the top of the page you will see a set of 9 little circles. Press on this and you will have the option to search for communities. You can then put in RA.
