Waiting for the start of another day and I thought that managing PMR and the many other physical and mental conditions one may have is like keeping 12 spinning plates in the air at the same time!
Love to you all!

Thanks for the love - sending some back. For me it is more like planning to keep 12 plates spinning but usually dropping at least 9 of them. π and learning not to mind too much.

Great! Thank you! π€ΈββοΈ
But as time goes on you do learn to manage it a lot better and even save the wobbly ones!
Totally can relate! The most important plate to keep in the air is empathy and self love...because without putting your needs and welfare first, you wont have a chance of keeping the others spinning!
Hang in there. ..
Love and hugs back , from someone whom often forgets where they put the plates let alone remembers how to spin them!!ππππππ
It can be a journey! Though a stumble at times, I accept that I can not juggle like I used to. I do not even try to juggle all the plates; I do something for me each day and rest when I need to. All is good.
I find I don't even have much interest in juggling after 3 and a half years. Glad there are people who do.....
