FINALLY

Finally after 4 year of PMR. Going through the same aches, pains and mental anguish as everyone on this forum, I do believe that I'm finished with that dreadful disease. I have not been a very good contributor to this site, but have read with concern and caring everyone's posts. I will be leaving this forum, but not before wishing everyone here all the best. Thanks and God bless you all.

Good Luck, but sometimes people in remission can do the odd post and that gives us all hope.

Me? In remission now into 8th year after 5 years with GCA.

Well done you , I hope you understand my meaning when I say I hope you don't have to come back again , unless you want to keep connected and add the odd words of advice from a Club Zero Hero that will always be appreciated ,

good luck with returning to the land of Normality xx

Woodcarver 201, leave? Why? I’ve been free from PMR for 1.7 years and have absolutely no intentions of leaving! There’s always something that we can help a fellow sufferer with and we can always dip in occasionally and let everyone know how we now are and hopefully that will give hope to others. Please reconsider. So glad you are now free from any symptoms, stay safe and stay healthy.

Thank you for posting. And I wish you all the best. I’m not on here much either. I’ve probably had PMR for possibly 2 yrs and on Pred for a year now. On 4mg. Will taper very slowly... Cheerio!
