Thanks for putting this up , it's always good to feel read things like that , suitable to the thoughts of people with any Chronic illness not just PMR/ GCA.

It helps keep your spirits up and realise you are not alone in the way you feel , not a

" cure" just like Pred but a good remedy for the wellbeing.
