Hope you’re feeling OK this morning? What a lovely blue sky despite the snow ⛄️

not too bad, I've felt worse!!! Glad to get 3/4 ft of snow off of the roofs..because more coming today and tomorrow...most snow in a decade and we get a lot of snow every year.

Like the view from my window - but it's been warm and sunny every day this week so the snow is going fast. Not quite fast enough - still some very interesting ice in the shade and major puddles in the sun!!!

“Gotta push the limits, my bad..never learn.”

I was faced with a conundrum on Saturday. Having taken my car to the garage, I killed time in the town, walked about 2 miles, sat for coffee, went back for car, but the work was not completed. Choice: sit and wait in the cold and definitely seize up, or walk home? I did the latter, another couple of miles. I was pleased that I achieved a good pace, felt well, but did need an afternoon kip to compensate. 2 days later my thighs are telling me I overdid it. DOMS I suppose.

I knew id be sore and stiff today, even if I didn't have PMR...closing in on 70th birthday, but I don't feel too sore this morn....heres what I've found...its usually not the following day after stress or labor or exercise, its the 2nd or 3rd day that I feel crappy...usually the 3rd...dont know why that is but I've noticed that...MAYBE IM HEALED and done with PMR!!! But just in case, I'm gonna keep taking my pred for another six months or so!

Looks like my place. We are expecting the same system as you here in Ontario. Snow this afternoon, ice rain tonight and then rain after midnight as temps go up! So ready for spring.

That's heroic mate! I'm aftersore at the thought!! No snow here yet! So far!!!

And on the other hand - here we have had a week of spring and the next high pressure has lined up to give us temps heading for 20C down in the valleys and well into double figures up here on the ski slopes this weekend. Just in time for the biggest holiday week of the ski season... Water skiing anyone?
