I lost access yesterday. I am in Winchester in an old inn. I didn’t read the thread that poor Melissa took down. She is feeling rather bruised by all this. I am sorry now that I was part of hurting a fellow member and good friend, through fear of Facebook and change. She was only advocating a new playground for our school I think. 😭. Mallory Towers or what? I bet the boys stayed out of it.

How are you Janette, I love it when you appear. Only in Edinburgh would you be regarded as a drama queen. You know what my old town is like. X

You may be right...I sure Melissa did it with the best of intentions, but many probably don’t like the thought of a new playground.

The one we have is friendly, informative, comforting and safe. That’s what many want especially when feeling vulnerable and it’s probably taken a lot of courage to even log on let alone write a post.

Some are more adventurous and “out there”, and that’s not a problem..... but it’s personal choice.

Thanks. A lot happens in 24 hours and I think I got the wrong end of several sticks and never even saw the thread. I am just going to rest quietly in a darkened room with faith that all will be well. X

I think the FB Group will be for non medical related chat, however, that doesn’t stop us continuing here on our Home Page much as we were but l have to say l was finding there were more & more non related PMR/GCA Posts & for anyone ‘New’ l was beginning to think they’d wonder where they’d landed especially if it was in the middle of The Political Issue.

I hope we can all settle back down & give each other our support on a topic we are all well qualified to discuss or help with.
