Will I or won’t I??.

Morning all

Some of you may remember that I have been waiting months for a scan on my renal artery as the docs have noticed a narrowing. Months ago I went for an ultrasound and they scanned my kidneys,not the artery. Anyway, long story short, I have my ct scan today BUT the hospital form informs me that they scanning the AORTA!! I phoned the consultants secretary and she supposedly asked a doctor who confirmed that this would be the renal artery as well. Who knows? Wish me luck.

I would hope they would scan the aorta too because the renal artery comes off it. Good luck

Went fine thank you. Considering one of scanners was out of action they organised it all really well. Was only about 90 minutes late. Now I just hope that all is ok. X
