Do they know something we don't?
Always!! "They" do Scats!..... 10 stone weakling till "Charles Atlas" arrived on my innocent scene with his Bullworker!! . Now a 14 stone one tested day after day how to bloody open anything! Ha!
My old engineering training gets us through, be it a door jam, various bodging tools or a Brummagem screwdriver! (hammer!) And that's just the food stuff!.. I tell you it's tough here on the front line but I wouldn't change much! ATB
Hahaha that got me laughing this morning? Maybe the wife?
Don't think so! But my gut instinct takes me on all sorts of journey's!!
Or maybe the Wild Thing in me 😂🤣😂
It’s enough to make a chap paranoid! It’s funny though, love the picture!
Who me! " Paranoid! "... Black Sabbath....Brum town hall. Sometime in the 70's!... What a pogoing headbanger that was! Stunning earthy performance from Ozzie & the gang at their best. Ticket thanks to a good mate who was always right on the music scene.
Hello Pepperdoggie..Can't lay claim to any Black Sabbeth performances but I did go to school (and many parties that my Mum didn't know about) with Glenn Hughes & band mates in Cannock in the 1960's. I knew him quite well but no different to any other "school mate" at that time. I remember him as a really nice and grounded type of person.
The school band was called The Hooker-Lees. He then went on to join a few more groups such as Trapeze then onto Black Sabbeth & Deep Purple.
To be honest I was always a Tamla musics type of gal!
Takes you back though doesn't it to times you could move around the dancefloor!!!

Thanks for that.. Nostalgia does us no harm Pipalina... I've tuned in to a lot that I missed just by looking Glenn up!.. More into sports at the time myself..Seems he replaced Ozzie as lead vocalist for a while for Sabbath..I lost track of who fell out with who with these groups in the 60 & 70's!... Always forming new & more super groups they were.
Great music from Tamla during that period & if you wanted to dance that was the stuff... Me! I was a hopeless dancer!.. Minimist even after a few pints!.. All those handbags on the floor were a serious hazard!!!
Hahaha - yes, us girls did all used to put our handbags in the middle of the floor and dance around them never mind the fellas! Nostalgia indeed!
Crikey! I think I might have been there 😳. Is that a grenade in your lil doggie’s mouth?
Hah! hah! Well spotted it did look like that!..It's half of his rubber spherical barbell bouncer..He loved that toy and eventually chewed it in half!.We never found a replacement anywhere. His previous owner, our elderly friend, had bought it some years previous. We adopted him when she passed on after walking him for years previously.
😂😜
Maybe they were looking for me!!! I put on way too much over Christmas and they must have heard me saying I need to lose it all again!!! xxx
Phew!... Brave you are Stella. Don't mention the Maddona with the big Boobies though!
No Fear!!!
