What Grandchildren can do for PMR/GCA

1 extra mg. of Pred, 2 paracetamol and I ice skated for an hour with my 6 year old Granddaughter. I thought I would be fit for nothing this morning but no pain and minimal stiffness. In 2019 I must take up more challenges and have more fun. See if that helps get me off the Pred

Good for you!! Never been able to skate, even as a youngster gravity always beat me haha. Great news too that you didn't pay the price next day either.

Holly I could roller skate like a pro as a kid. Sadly that didn’t carry over to the ice rink 🤣🤣🤣🤣

My memory of ice-skating is a painful one. I fell, and before I could get up, someone skated over my fingers!!!!!!!!!!!!!! B****Y SORE!! NEVER TRIED AGAIN. Your granddaughter must've been chuffed to have her Grandma skate with her! Good on you.
