i am currently on 10 mls take it at 8am. want to try take it 2am for morning stiffness.

I always took Prednisone in the morning and in desperation started taking it at bedtime. I couldn't stand the wait to take it due to the pain levels. It's a case of what works for you. I am doing so much better taking it at night - I just wish I had done it months ago.

Then try it.... a lot of finding the best way for you is to experiment - one size does not fit all!

Some find splitting dose - say approx 1/3rd evening 2/3rd breakfast works for them.

If you take it during night a spoonful of yogurt or something light will help.
