I am sorry that you are having a hard time at the moment. I hope you manage to have a peaceful Christmas and start to feel stronger soon. There are so many expectations around Christmas that are impossible to live up to when you feel ill. Be gentle with yourself. We understand.

I hope you start to feel much better! We totally understand, I cannot do very much so I'm fixing spaghetti for Christmas! This is a first for me as I'm unable to use my hands very much, no cards etc. People will understand if they love you and if they don't, oh well. Have a relaxing week and do whatever is easy for you! Writing Christmas cards or looking afteryourself, you matter more than any card does, anybody who thinks otherwsie can go do one.

Look after yourself and get others to pamper you.

So sorry you are not well. Hopefully, the new year will bring improvement. My hands have not worked properly in a long time! I drop everything...weights in class, break dishes, akin to a small child! Getting used to it. I’m thankful for many blessings. PMR brought me to a completely new phase of life...retirement, exploring new experiences and time to do a lot of nothing!
