Mine are:

1. To visit England one more time.

2. To spend a month at a 5* Hotel on the coast somewhere.

3. To be able to enjoy food once more!!

All of these I could easily afford if only me body would let me.😏😏

I am going to a 5 star resort in Mexico next week but only for 5 days. My entire family is going to celebrate our 40 th anniversary. I would gain 100 lbs after a month! I have never been to English gardens and I want to see the redwood forests. The last two I have to be able to walk for a longer period of time. I can't go very far.

Mine are

To meet my first grand child Lenny, when he is born next month.

To see my youngest son graduate in three years time.

To see both my sons mortgaged up to the hilt but with a roof over their head they can call their own.

I hope you get to do all on your bucket list in the near future, I live in England. I have a very long bucket list, but the top 3 are:

1. To be well enough to visit my family in Syd, Australia, haven't been able to travel for 4 yrs, two siblings are very ill and want to see them badly.

2. To lose the 4 stone put on since taking Preds which is making my back problem worse.

3. To drive again, haven't driven a car in 4 years.

Sorry to hear about your siblings. Hope the news is better in the future.

4 stone, I can’t believe it? I was one of the very few who LOST weight on pred (nearly 2 stone). I’ve put on 1/2 stone since (6 1/2 years PMR).

I am sorry too about my brother and sister, but that is life, news not good for either of them. I lost a lot of weight before I was diagnosed with PMR, didn't know why at the time. When I was put on Preds, I put on all the weight I lost and more in 10months. That was just over 2 years a go, I managed to lose 1 stone since I came down to 7mg, but on a stand still and not lost anything for months, even though I eat healthy, I do get bloated a lot, so could be water retention. You have done well to only put on a small amount in all those years.

Hi Constance, great question. It made me very emotional to try to answer seriously so I have three lighthearted silly ones! 1. To find a new hairdresser who won't terrify me. 2. To be able to say no to my dog when he wants my dinner. 3. To have my grandkids think I'm fabulous when I spray my hair red! Xxxx

Ha ha! I have silver hair ( which is gradually getting darker, unfortunately)!😡 But I rather think a pale pink or very pale blue half rince would look attractive. ???

Constance I buy the spray cans of hair chalk. I can go any crazy colour and wash it out next day! It’s such fun xxx

I know, but I just don’t have the guts.😏

Another for your bucket list..... If it washes out why not try it?

Constance13 profile image

I suppose I could try it on a day when I know I won’t be going out. Don’t think the old man would approve!👩‍🎤

Just warn him, choose a colour and go for it, then the next time try another colour saying 'seeing you didn't like the other!!..... Good Luck! I'll lead you astray! Shame you haven't got a wig to ease him in gently...

If the silver is getting darker try using the special shampoos for silver hair - they brighten it no end. The getting darker is probably the sun - there is still a bit of colour there and the sun makes it darker. I go really blond in the summer rather than silver.

Never thought of that. I will try it.👍
