This what I feel like in this heat. Ha ha. My sweet little cat thought I deserved a present. Ugh!!. Thank you all so much for your lovely comments on my last post. I don't know if I could hVe got to this stage without you all on this site. You truly are the most amazing lot. Thank you...thank you...thank you.😊😊. I would love to attend the meeting on September 8th and meet for a coffee first. Would be so very nice to meet you all if you are going. I can't find the details? Could someone just send me the link? Also my ex used to handle all the travel arrangements to London so I could do with a few pointers of where the nearest Station would be for the venue. St Pancras or Kings Cross? . Thank you. Xx (By the way it was a very very dead frog😨).

Gosh! I would have screamed the place down. I remember sitting at the kitchen table after doing the 2 am feed, my feet were on something soft and warm, when I looked to see what it was, it was a freshly killed blackbird. I think my cat was trying to help.

I am so glad you are planning to come on September 8 to the PMRGCAUK event! I’ve just done my form. If you PM me with your email, I can send the form to you. It has a map etc. I will be coming into St Pancras ( no choice) and if there is no one to meet I will get a taxi. The link lets you book on-line, I think. I am sending the £15.00 cheque. Might stay the night before, because Gordon is in London too. I know what you mean about letting husbands do the travel. It’s quite empowering doing it yourself. I adored going to Australia on my own and especially the strangeness of a rural hotel in S. Korea. I was cleverer than I thought.

You can do it

I thought the same as you but I regularly travel from the Isle of Wight up to Northfolk on my own and love it.

If you search the web

you can plan your journey if you have to use underground in London it gives you all the details of lines platforms and everything you need to get you thier

Print it out and take it with you .

My daughter’s cat is always bringing her “presents”, dropping them at her feet and then sitting straight in front of her till she says ‘thankyou” and strokes him.😏

He’s never tried to bring me one when we have to “cat sit”. Wonder how he knows I can’t stand cats??
