Would like to attend the Cardiff meeting. I will be travelling from Nottingham.

The meeting is on 25th July at 1pm in the Central Library, Cardiff, 5th floor, straight ahead from the lift. There is charge of £5.

The library is in the centre of town, right next to John Lewis, and 5 mins from the railway station.

Let me know if there is anything else you want to know about the meeting. It's a long way to come !

Yes it is a long way but worth it to hear Prof Dasgupta!

My husband is coming with me, we'll be travelling by train and staying in a hotel for a couple of nights. We can then have a leisurely look around Cardiff.

I'm afraid Prof Dasgupta is no longer coming to us in July. I had an email from his secretary yesterday. He was due to give a lecture in the University and they've cancelled it, so he's not coming to Cardiff on that day. She's hoping to reschedule for September. I'll wait and see.

We will have an ordinary meeting instead, and you are welcome to come if you are in Cardiff.

I'm sorry if this inconveniences you, but I'm afraid there's nothing I can do.

Thank you for letting me know Susan. I booked train and hotel yesterday so will try to get refunds. Disappointed but I will watch out for Prof Dasgupta visiting the Midlands.
