Today, I have received an email from PALS, stating that the Manager of the Radiology Dept is to investigate my complaint, and will then reply. At least it's a start, and an apology that I had a complaint.

If the upshot is simply a patient care training session that emphasises patient dignity , for all staff in that sloppy team, you will have performed a great service for all future patients. Well done for standing up for what is right.
