Next tapering chapter

Today, a few days earlier than originally planned, I taper down towards 15 from 20mg. However, this time I use Dorset Lady's advice and opt for 17.5 for two weeks then 15 for two weeks. I am keeping a diary recording pains, stiffness and demeanour (my poor hub is trembling).

Things to be grateful for today. I am not Lady Gaga (fibromyalgia...no cure...poor woman). My Dr has sent all medicines requested via email communications and I feel in control and trusted. I am sleeping amazingly well courtesy of amitriptilyne.

Good luck...but remember it’s only a plan, and if necessary can be amended! Don’t plough (plow for North American friends) on regardless if you don’t feel well...but hopefully all will be good.

I was surprised myself that Lady Gaga has Fybromyalgia - just shows that no-one is immune (no pun intended).
