First day of tapering from 10mg to 9mg - and what do I do? Took out a 5 mg tablet followed by 3 1 mgs, compared the difference in size then inadvertently took another 5mg!! Actually feeling very stiff today so maybe the overdose is a good thing. I must say reading the dose on the foil pack is not particularly easy. I'll get it right one day......
Tapering!: First day of tapering from 10mg to 9mg... - PMRGCAuk
Tapering!
So easily done! Are you sure it wasn't the other way round?
I nearly make awful mistakes when I am filling my daily pill boxes too, it takes tedious ages and my mind wanders off ( what there is of it).
Get a dosette box and plan your week ahead! You can even get ones for a whole month! One session filling it, plan reductions, can always see if you have had today's dose...
Hi,
All been there!
As PMRpro suggests get a dosette box. I sit down on a Saturday afternoon and sort mine out. Easy Peasy!
Everybody needs a hobby! I do mine on Thursdays - I think it's having differently-coloured boxes for each day that make it so exciting!
Oh wow, how very psychedelic - you must be a child of the 60s!
You can always edit your post if you tap on downward arrow box, but you do need to remember to hit the edit response box afterwards!
My excitement today is a grocery delivery due any moment now! Whoopee!
Yes I am, though I can't say I saw an awful lot of psychedelia in South Wales. I did once have a very garish lime green, pink and yellow blouse, though - not sure if that counts.
Thanks for the tip re. editing, but I think I just need to engage the brain before pressing "Send"!
Yep, engaging brain is very difficult some days!
Can't say that Hampshire saw a lot of the swinging sixties either, but we had our moments! Some of it must have rubbed off though - I must have a splash of colour on, or I don't feel dressed! Mind some of the clothes I had in the 70s were a bit OTT!
Oh to be young and not care...no rephrase that - ohh to be slightly older and not give a damn what others think!
Double dosed last on 9mg was fine no problems
