Rheumy appointment at last.

I went to my Dr 2 weeks ago about my Sciatica and mentioned that I hadn't had another appointment with my Rheumy since I saw her last October. I was supposed to get a follow-up in Feb. She said she would write to them. Lo and behold this morning I get a phone call from the Rheumy Hospital asking if I can come in next Tuesday! I have been stuck at 10mg of Pred for a year despite trying several times to reduce. I keep getting bad pain in the left thigh when I do. Hope they can sort me out. The Sciatica is responding to Physio treatment and daily exercises. I have found I can't take Codeine or Ibuprofen so am only able to use Paracetamol. We currently have the builders in doing an extension to the lounge and kitchen, I am trying very hard not to get stressed, letting Hubby make all the cups of tea!!

I found the one thing that helped my sciatica was physiotherapy.

Now the cups of tea I could manage - it's the rest of the work that drives me insane!
