Prednisanalone ,that is dropped from 10 to 6 (crazy doctors) I have never felt as lethargic for years.

Well now I know. 🙄😬

I'm going back to ten for the week. 😤

Wow, from 10mg to 6mg that took me about 18 months to do that!

I am sure others will give some advice on this one.

If you've been on pred for a few weeks or more you shouldn't reduce more than 10% at a time, no wonder you're wiped out!

I had to try my Dr's foolish suggestion too, less dire and results less dire, but I felt pretty rotten for a few days. You'd think we'd be more careful, after all we do know better.
