I and many others call if 'Steroid Brain Fog', it is not a listed side effect, but so many of us find it it occurs and so does stuff just dropping out of your hands.......

..... or Pred head! Think it affects different people at different times of day/ dosage. Yet another little gift, when you thought you had enough 😉

I wonder sometimes if I used to bump into door frames with the same frequency but with an extra 25 pounds and pre Pred thicker skin, maybe I didn't feel it or notice it as much.

Dropping things in the kitchen is definitely a new habit. Careless or clumsy hard to tell.

I also bump into door frames and I am not that large.

Me too. I just cover them up with scar concealer and try to ignore them.

I do get pred head but I think the PMR fog was equally as bad. Thought I was getting early inset dementia for a year or so.

I have a lot of those shirts with the fold up sleeves and a little tag to hold them in place. If I have hooked them on door handles once I have done it 50 times. Got a few smashed glasses that jerked out of hand and hit porcelain tiles. 😲

Phew, I'm not alone then. :-)

I have also been worrying about my foggy brain and memory loss, thinking of early dementia. I did however manage to finish an associates degree in Visual Art during the past 3 yrs with PMR in my 50s. It was not easy! I honestly don't know how I did it. I am now so plagued by fatigue I can barely function.
