I've downloaded it on kindle via Amazon, unless this is another manifestation of Pred. Brain. I've downloaded a recommended book anyway.

Mine is being delivered on Tuesday by UPS. I'm from Canada, ordered about a week ago.

Hi Pat. Which country are you in and I'll check whether there is a problem. The first edition is being replaced by the second, so there may have been a glitch in supply.

UK. It says unobtainable and if I try to open it it says web site no longer in operation
