How can you go wrong with 1-2 glasses of wine with nice dinner? As any alcohol, it relaxes you and makes you happy. In addition, it opens up blood vessels ( red face while drinking) which is what pred does anyway. I think you discovered alternate treatment :). I also take a small glass of brandy about 2 hours before going to bed. Just to smooth the thing out.

Quite honestly, it is part of my pain management . My doctor does not seem to have a problem with it. It cannot be any worse than the pain pills as long as not taken together.

Vod and Juice for me. I think it helps because it makes you relax .. A de stressor. And for me stress is a huge trigger for a bad day... Stress uses up all my spoons! 🍸
