Cliveofindia, do you mean HU?  If so, it should work if you click on your user name in the white box at the top of this page (after HealthUnlocked in green), then click on 'Account' in the drop down box that appears which will bring up a page headed 'Contact Preferences' - at the foot of that page click on 'I want to delete my account'.  Hope that helps.  Sorry to see you go but hope that means you are well again and that you stay well in the future.

Hi Clive,

If you want to leave HU because your PMR or GCA is in remission, then that is good news.

But it would be nice for you to stay a member, and then maybe you could help those newcomers who are just beginning their journeys and could do with some advice and encouragement from those like yourself.

If you simply want to not have notifications then why not try unticking your choices on the contact preferences on your account page and remember to save changes. Then at least you won't be "bothered" - if it works of course!

On the other hand - if you have recovered it would be helpful to others if you stuck around to tell people there is life after PMR!

Though asking if others have managed to unsubscribe seems a bit optimistic - they won't be here to see your question to tell you they succeeded...
