I recently started a wheat/gluten free diet and the myofascial pain around my rib cage, which had been quite severe for a number of years, completely disappeared. My reason for starting the diet was to see if it would prevent bouts of diahorrea...it did that too so I am very happy! 😀

I have rib cage pain which rheumy says is not PMR. My inflammation markers are low. My face also gets puffy and sore. I am on day 6 of gluten free. Face a bit better ribs too. Figured it was worth a try.
