Had 3 black outs Saturday early morning. After hospital went to see my Gp who gave me tablets for my low blood pressure. Would like to know how long before they start working as I still feel giddy sometimes. Started the tabs Tuesday. Take care. Tony x

I think you are probably in the wrong place Tony - this is a forum for a vasculitis (inflamed blood vessels) rather than BP problems.

However - tablets to sort out blood pressure problems can usually take anything up to 2 weeks to work fully, it very much depends what sort they are. Did they investigate you for what the cause seemed to be? In the meantime - you'll need to be a bit careful - don't stand up suddenly, standing and then waiting a few moments before starting to move does help the dizzy sensation.

Hope they work soon for you.
