I've been in and out of PMR for a fair number of years now and currently on 8mp of Pred. Just picked up my last prescription and found with great pleasure that I now have brown (ish) 5mg and white 1mg. I know it says 5 or 1 on the back but I always write the amount on the front to ensure that I don't take 16mg one day . Real progress.

It sounds like you may have brown enteric coated 5mg tablets which are supposed to be better for your stomach as they do not get absorbed until they reach your gut. You cannot get 1mg coated ones though.
