On Sunday 28th September I'm taking part in the Tunnel to Towers Run in New York in memory of Firefighter Stephen Siller. His emotional and heroic story is of a firefighter going beyond the call of duty who gave his life to try to save others tunnel2towers.org/stephens-...

This time last year I was just out of my wheelchair and attending the Firefighters Charity Rehabilitation Centre which helped start my PMR recovery. I'm still on a steroid reduction programme and "running free with a smile" again. Please read our story at justgiving.com/CDDFRS-NYC

I do hope it all goes well for the run, Jonny. I'm sure I join hundreds of others in wishing you well for the fundraising, all your efforts are so appreciated no matter which charity they go to. All the best!
