I am due to have a complete knee replacement on 22nd of September, I have had my pre op appointment, which went well, but failed to discuss Cell Cept! Does anyone know if I should stop taking it?

That is something you MUST discuss with the medics and not rely on other people's experiences. Call the surgeon's secretary or the clinic and explain.
Yes, there are very few people on this, although some might recognise it as mycophenolate. There's no collective experience at all, so as PMRpro said, it really is a matter for your medics.
