Numb feet
I would have said not really - unless your feet are swollen and your shoes are too tight and making them go to sleep. You can have problems in your hands because of carpal tunnel syndrome from the swelling but I can't think of a reason for it in your feet. However - on looking on another forum I see we had a discussion about numbness in feet about 3 1/2 years ago! It is also mentioned on other sites but with no reason ever being identified. My feet HURT - as if I was walking on sharp pebbles or broken glass - and quite a few people have mentioned that too. That is probably tendonitis and goes with the pred eventually, at least mine did.
Do you have any sciatic type pain? If the piriformis muscle is swollen and pinching the sciatic nerve it can cause pain and tingling right down your leg and even in the feet. Otherwise - don't know, I'm afraid.
It may be nothing serious but there are so many medical conditions that can cause numbness in the feet that it is important to get checked out by your GP
I get the tingling and numb feet with diabetic neuropathy,im on amytripeline for it.
