Hi mick,

Well at least you're now more stress free. The greatest enemy of these illnesses is stress, so now feel free to pace yourself. Swimming sounds good, but at a leisurely pace - no going for the record!

I've had PMR for 3+years, but my illness has died right down and I'm back to gardening and hedge trimming. Feels so good! I'm on 6mg now and virtually pain and stiffness free.

Pats.
