I have a pain in my calf that seems to move up or down a little, am on warfarin for blood clots, just has me worried.

I think you should mention this as soon as possible either to your doctor or to the doctor at the INR/Warfarin clinic, if only for your peace of mind. It's often difficult to stabilise you on the Warfarin dose, I took several weeks, so perhaps you might need a little more monitoring?
I would getthis checked out asap...just to be sure it is nothing to worry about.
Hi I have been on Warfarin for the past 12 years because of Pulmonary Emboli. In the past I have had a Doplar test done in the GP's surgery, which checked the blood flow in the calf. If your INR test is "normal" don't worry, it may be just PMR. I sometimes get strange sensations up and down my lower leg and arms. Wishing you well x
