I am searching for information on Temporal Arteritis. I live in Melbourne, FL and need to find a doctor that knows about this condition.

Hi prittypink, I have Temporal Artoritis or Giant Cell Disease,and the mayo clinic seems to know a lot about it,its inflammation of the artery's mainly the one,s in the head but it can attack any artery in your body so I,m led to believe, also it is to do with your immune system attacking you not a very nice situation,I was diagnosed a year gone Feb,and 15 months down the line and I am still on 30mg of steroids,
