Is one sided vagina pain always due to pudendal neuralgia or could it be something else? Had mri ultrasound all clear.

Mine is totally one sided - my right side even goes down my lag and to my toes. So yes it can be one sided. Have you seen a Pudendal Nerve Neurologist? It is easy to diagnose if you see a specialist. I go to Dr. Antolak in Minneapolis - he is great! .
