Sounds like a really bad bout of thrush to me. I had this problem during pregnancy when thrush caused my bits to become very swollen like a golf ball. Go to docs to get checked out. One short trip and you could be feeling so much better. Good luck, lots of hugs.

Do you need to have it to removed small surgical procedures?? I mean , it just bothers me soo much. Can’t walk or do normal activities.

I have experienced this. The only thing that helped was sitting on cold packs. Sometimes I rotated between cold and hot packs. It relievedx the pain and felt soothing.o

Might be varicose veins. Perhaps abscess.

Ask the radiologist or the gyno to do doppler there .

That’s what other dr told me about veins but will refer me to gynaecologist.
