Hi everyone!

So, i have an appointment for Southampton in January for the genetic testing and just wondering if anyone has been & what to expect? Im trying to figure out if i can make it there and in one day (flights) rather than spending money for hotels - also has anyone been reimburshed for their trip?

Hiya

Where are you flying from? The airport is pretty close to the hospital so you might be able to do in one day.

Have you had any PCD testing done? This video shows how PCD is diagnosed youtu.be/ePq51MuWMng - the genetic test is just a blood test.

Good luck

Yeah I agree, southampton airport is about 20/25 mins taxi away from general and there are plenty of buses but may take longer in rush hour!
