My friendwho ids brain damage has had his DLA stoped by ATOS but he can appeal ,how can he get about it ?as i dont know it either ?ideas?

Has he got a social worker? Who is his carer, can they sort it? Citizens Advice Bureau?

no he has not got a social worker ,i have been helping him in the last three years
but should he get one ?a social worker ?
where can i find him a welfare support officer?
i will definitly take him to the citizens advice first thing on monday .is that right ?
