It's Monday 'Me' !

I've thought about changing Monday to another theme. I have to believe, though, that you are taking care of yourself mentally as well as physically.

We all deserve to have time spent just for us. Recharging is part of the process so we can take care of others. Do some of you feel it's somewhat selfish to spend time away from family - just have time for you?

Please give some thought about why you may feel you don't deserve that time.

Is it because you've never done it before, so why start now?

Maybe some of you have never even thought about what self care even is. I would love to chat about it anytime.

Are you all aware that The PBC Foundation has an informal chat on self care session every Tuesday? Check it out on their website. PBC foundation.org.uk
