sorry to read you have hit the wall of fatigue. there is some advice on the PBC Foundtion's web site for "movement is medicine" as there are no medications to help with fatigue.

If you have not watched the following YouTube clip you may like to have a look:

let us know how you get on with the work doctor. You may like to be armed with some of the literature available from the PBC Foundation, may be worth a call to their offices.

I have that same problem but my employer agreed to a trial of working part time It doesn’t make it much easier but I only go through it 3 times a week now.

I may have to go back full time as my wife has become ill and we don’t know what it is or what may be the consequences as yet.

Had a few months part time and it’s helped.

Maybe you could suggest this option to the doctor.

Good luck.

Hi sorry to hear about your wife sounds like your going throw a bad time my doctor has been very supportive I had changed doctors because he was arrogant to be honest I was only working 30 hour week it wouldn't have made a difference as my job was particular easy but I was still coming home exhausted it does not matter how little I do I still fill the same but thankyou

I understand. By chance today I came home from work early as I couldn’t cope at all .Slept for about 3 hours and I’m still feeling groggy.

Fortunately it doesn’t hit me this hard often.

My wife will be fine I’m sure, it’s the not knowing that drains me .

If you need any help you can always try me

Had PBC for years and still know nothing about it., but might make laugh.
