To me, this seems like an advertisement from a private company.
It is not clear if it/they are after our/your money, or not, but it does not strike me as something that is compatible with a community/charity such as the 'PBC Foundation'.
This 'PBC F' site is : a support providing network, formed and hosted by a free-to-join Charity, which was founded by a PBC sufferer: ... a compassionate person who - with the help of family and the subsequent aid of helpers/workers and volunteers - tries to guide people through the complexities of the 'authentic and medical', recognition, diagnosis and treatment of PBC, so that we can go on living happy, full and worry-free life with PBC (or the risk of PBC, as in my case).
Other 'PBC F' members, as well as other users of this wonderful site, can make up their own minds … but I'm not sure that this post has a place, here.
