Pregnancy and bile acid

I am about 8 weeks pregnant and have bile acids of 260 (normal range 0-10). All of my other LFT levels are almost normal. They have gone down significantly since I have not had any alcohol. I have had PBC for 9 years and have a 13 yr old and 15 yr old, therefore I did not have PBC for my first 2 pregnancies. I have seen my PCP, hepatologist and dermatologist. Obgyn won’t see me until Wednesday. We do not have a baseline for my bile acids as I don’t believe they’ve ever been tested. My skin is covered in sores, bruised and bleeding from scratching. I have tried every over-the-counter remedy and cream as well as every prescription that is safe during pregnancy. I even lay on the cold tile floor sometimes at night to try to get relief. If anyone has any advice or has been through this, I would love to know if there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Thank you!

Have you looked into obstretic cholestasis? (Spelling may be off)

Yes, thank you. I have all the symptoms, high bile acid, high direct billiribun but usually doesn’t occur til 3rd trimester. If that is the case,hopefully I will get diagnosed at my first obgyn appointment this week. The problem is I am already doing everything possible to treat it set aside a few drastic treatment options
