? of pbc now

how can a yr ago i have antibodies in my blood for pbc and now i dont?? i asked the new dr if its becoz ive been on meds and he said no as of rt now the drs at the liver clinic do not think i have pbc which i was diagnosed in 2016 im upset mad confused

It is not uncommon for those who respond to Urso to have a lowered AMA (including becoming negative). I'm not aware of anything that says this means you no longer have PBC.

ive been of the meds little over a month have to be off for 3 months then new drs will take full blood work new dr says being on the meds does not coz reading to go from possitive to negitative so idk ill have to c what blood work says but new drs in a liver clinic say they dont believe i have pbc not happy about this situation and idk who to teust anymore
