I would be a bit leery regarding choline unless I thoroughly understood this, bit I don't.

ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/m/pubmed/2...

Ursodiol at 20 mg per kg is the consensus recommendation. Keep it simple. Add cholestyramine as much as you can stand at staggered intervals to avoid interacting with the ursodiol then just do what it takes to deal with constipation and other GI symptoms. Diarrhea is probably good since you aren't giving hydrophobic bile acids much time to reabsorb. The itching is the most debilitating symptom. Ursodiol and cholestyramine seemed to help but you may notice increased itching when you first start ursodiol. I did. If you have to add bulking or osmotic agents for laxatives your regimen will get extremely complicated to do it right but it is worth the effort. I found fatty fish and fatty anything even biscuits and sausage gravy worsened bloat and itching. Getting the basics right is hard enough. Choline has conflicting effects that I can't sort out based on the article so I leave it alone

I too read that and it prompted me to ask others. In any other liver cirrohsis it works well yet in PBC we have too much. Odd.
