Exciting times!!

This *seems* to be about the extrahepatice bile duct (which is the biggest one which comes from the liver) but it is an exciting development.

Yes, I think you are probably right, so it's not yet clear in what circumstances it would be useful with respect to PBC. Maybe it is one more step to an alternative treatment.
