Anyone with increased salivatory glands when usint Urso - or can they be caused by PBC?

Swellinf near the ear/jaw and also in the eyes...

I've just had salivary gland scans because I suffer from sicca. Severe dry eye & not so bad dry mouth. The scan came back positive for chronic autoimmune sialadentis (kuttners tumour). My understanding is this These symptoms can be part of a few autoimmune diseases but Sjogrens the most obvious. But this can also be completely benign? I'm not on urso. I'm not a doctor. Swelling is not good so I would have it checked out. I'm being referred for more tests. Can I ask which glands are swelling? The paratoid? Or submandibular?
